Want to know how to simplify keto? It’s not as difficult as you might think.

Some people think eating low-carb, moderate protein, high-fat is just too hard to try to figure out.

But it’s really quite simple when you break it down into getting these three things on your plate:

PROTEIN
VEGETABLES
FAT

Simply choose FATTY protein sources like eggs, beef, or pork, add in green leafy and non-starchy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, or asparagus, and then use enough fat to feel satiated from butter and dairy, coconut foods, and avocado. Eat real, whole foods as much as possible and you really can’t go wrong on keto.

Keto is easy. Don’t make it more difficult than it needs to be.
