1. Drink plenty of water sipping it throughout the day
2. Consume more salt on your food and in your water
3. Take a magnesium supplement, just be careful not to take too high a dose
4. Consume low-carb vegetables like broccoli, spinach, and kale
5. Eat fermented vegetables like sauerkraut
